“It would be helpful if you called to arrange a mutually convenient time to deliver rather than leaving a message saying "we will be there at 8am tomorrow". Sometimes, we're not!”

“Overall the service is very good at competitive prices. Two issues, the delivery never comes until the last minute of the schedule and second, the notice of delivery is always short.”

We do try to get to everybody as quickly as possible within the stated delivery window but to ensure the best possible price we aim to group deliveries to make the routes as efficient as possible.
