Team kaoser delivery team is superb. Very polite and the work fast. 5 star for the delivery team 2 star for not getting my sofa Sadly my sofa was to no avail for some reason. After paying full, when i asked for delivery they told me need to wait almost 2 months as they need to order it. When i purchase the sofa, the sales person told me everything that i bought from full house is available at their store. Dissapointed as when the holidays come, there will be no sofa at all for my guest to sit. Also the office from fullhouse did nothing to rectify this problem.

The product was good quality Was really up to my liking Never disapppoint me at all The 2 worker help me alot despite i have small baby they help to clean up and leave no mess at all. Good job Team.Will shop more with FullHouse

Poor delivery service. They simply sent sms to inform the range of time so we tried to call and re-arrange timing. However, on the actual day, delivery man came at the wrong timing even though we called up to confirm. Best is when we told the delivery man, he was unhappy and refused to send to us thereafter.

Service and delivery was good at point of purchase but the quality of the product is so terrible. Just after one year of normal use and the wooden seam in the chair has cracked. And it’s not only one chair but two.. which clearly shows that it is not an issue with usage . I don’t even have kids who tilt the chair. Even my cheap chairs from another popular brand lasted much much longer

Delivery was late. Coffee table was delayed twice. Till now have not received it yet

take too long for delivery. The item is not cheap but not getting any better service like faster delivery etc
