I would definitely recommend her.”
“My wife left the shop with a burning face from waxing, leaving her in tears. Then charged even when she explained that it’s burning, she was in tears, they then tried to charge another £5 for a mask to help with the burning, absolutely disgusting, do not go here! Ridiculous customer service, dangerous, leaving customers upset and having the audacity to ask for more money for other treatments. Charging more than advertised too.

In reply to your comments, so having offered to a mask for £5, only after she refused did you offer it for free. By this time, being clearly upset, she just wanted to get out of the shop. You tried charging £8 for a treatment, which would have been £8 if this was only treatment done, not as part of a full face, showing your scamming and pathetic nature of how you treat your customers.
She was also not in a hurry, she was trying to get out of your shop because you’ve burnt her face, clearly lying in your reply.
DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! Genuinely horrible people.”
