“Easy to order and kept up to date along the way. Quality of product great. Down side is that delivery driver asked my family member to help him get the quad from the lorry, then proceeded to say he only does roadside only so it was left to my family member to move it onto our property. The driver would not take the wooden palate back either! I was unaware of this when I ordered, I am disabled and so if my family member hadn’t been here I don’t know what the out come would have been.”

“Slightly disappointed with purchase ordered the 24v 4x4 thinking it would be more powerful than the 12v. To find out that it isn't 24v just 2 x 12v batteries wired in parallel”

“Updated review: Great product at a fair price-easy to assemble and looks impressive. Go-kart arrived within 5 working days, but there was a delay in advising me of delivery date -this worried me due to the Christmas period-if this communication was better I would have rated 5 stars.”

“after reading some reviews on the website, I was a bit sceptical regarding my order. I ordered next day delivery and the only reason I’m not giving 5* is because of delivery times were out and I had to send an email to chase up my order. Once my order did arrive it was perfect, easy to build and looks fantastic!”

“Very pleased with the product I purchased in the end, but very disappointed with the service. I had an installation issue and was told to call the manufacturer. They couldn't help as I purchased the goods from Fun4kids. I got no further help and was told that all that could be offered was refund after Christmas. Pointless considering it was a Christmas present that my daughter was looking forward to for months. In the end I took it down to a local you shop that resolved the issue.”

“I didn’t receive my item. The carrier called me at 9:27pm and rude to me because I wasn’t there at that time at night. I would like a full refund as I didn’t receive my items.”

“Avoid this company at all costs, i bought an item from them on the 3rd December got an email saying that its been dispatched with a shipment which i was unable to use. been over a week so i got worried tried contacting them via email a few different times and had the same response every time tried calling them no answer, do not use them you will not receive your item. now I'm £150.00 down and my kids have no Christmas present. so please don't use them i don't want people been ripped off as I have and most likely a lot of other customers have been too”

“I ordered a pink Range Rover for my granddaughter and an electric scooter for my son, paid on Sunday at 16:30pm then saw all the bad reviews, but less than 2 days later both items are here, my granddaughter will be so happy but I've not done the scooter yet as I've had to hide it, Thankyou so much for the perfect presents x”

“We purchased a electric ride in car, when it arrived the logo stickers were kissing and we also paid extra for a personalised number plate which we also haven't recieved, when trying to contact the phones are constantly engaged so you can't get through so you have to email which they say will be 24 hrs we have been 2 days now and still no reply or able to speak to anyone.”

“Unfortunately the item I ordered was not available, even though I was able to place the order, It wasn't until I enquired as to the whereabouts of my delivery that I was told that the item had been discontinued and was no longer available, I was not offered an alternative and was informed that my money was in the process of being refunded.”
