“Furdeco contacted by email and text to give me a delivery date, then again to give me a 3 hour time slot. On the day i received a phone call 20 mins before delivery by the driver. The two guys were friendly and quickly unpacked the sofas then assembled the sofas and took away the packaging. A great service the company and its customers should be proud of. Thank you.”

“The telephone customer service team was helpful in rearranging the delivery date. The 3 hour delivery slot was appreciated, as was the phone call from the delivery team 5 minutes before they arrived. Both teams were friendly, polite and efficient and we are very happy with the service.”

“Excellent service. The two lads came all the way from Birmingham to Glasgow, brought my new chair up, put it together and then jumped straight back in their van to drive back down. A tough gig, and they did it all in a professional and friendly manner. No complaints whatsoever.”
