“Ferdeco delivered to my neighbours and in the process knocked over a post in my garden, then disputed liability. They said their drivers didn’t recall it and my video evidence wasn’t sufficient. Not to be trusted.”

“The communication was brilliant, even sent a text when half an hour out!! It was a heavy package and he brought it right into the hall so I didn’t have to lift it over a step on my own. Very smiley, friendly guy. Thank you!!!”

“It was absolutely 1st class service - I was contacted to tell me a time of delivery and the guys were spot on. They were both courteous and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend them - driver D8 and his partner M115 Thank you for all your help and excellent service”

“The delivery guys where brilliant they travelled all the way from Birmingham to my house … they where very friendly and they delivered my new settees took it out of the boxes put it together and even put the settees where I wanted them, they took away the rubbish too … I am really happy with my settees the guys did a fantastic job for me… 100% happy…”

“Positives: always on time and communicate To be improved: take care of the environment you in do it just storm through someone home knocking and shoving walls (not taking care) Not checking alternatives to screwing legs of chairs in. Quite happy to only insert 3 out of 4 screws saying it’s strong enough as too lazy to do this manually until I showed them it works.”
