“First class service , text approx time of arrival and keep to it GREAT ALL ROUND”

“It was waiting for a phone call, I was told I would get an hour warning before delivery but I get a text at 9:49 am and next was they were on my drive at 10 am, I was aiming to get to the house with the 1 hour alert, it was most horrendous the delivery people didn’t wait, the sofa is left on the drive, totally unacceptable service when I paid for the furniture to be brought into house, I should be given 1 hour warning so I can ensure I am at home, there was just a 10 min alert, totally hopeless. When I spoke to the company, the lady was exploring options, then a man was extremely rude and left me with minimal options, very disappointed”

“They kept me up to date,told me what timeslot would be the night before and in the morning. They got here on time,rang me to let me know they were near. I'm really happy now I've got a fridge freezer that works 😊 thanks furdeco”

“Wonderful !! polite, happy, courteous and professional is how I would sum up the two guys who came to collect my item for return and oh my what a difference to the two who originally delivered it to me . This experience has completely changed my view with this company who I would highly recommend, one of the two guys rang half an hour before arrival to ensure I was home and my item was packed and ready to go which was prior to the informative texts received to confirm date and time of arrival . Absolutely a professionally run company we could do with a few more like this in this country...well done and thank you very much :-)”

“Lads just delivered three radiators (125Kgs total) - phoned earlier to confirm delivery and slot and called again 10mins out. Very friendly, polite, efficient service from Furdeco, easily worth a five star rating.”

“Great communication pre delivery, easy to contact when needed to change delivery slot. 3 hour slot advised day before for 7am-10am. Telephone call before arrival, never heard it mind as was in shower 😁. Lads arrived at 6.40am! Unit was brought into house and left where I wanted it to be. No problems, nice lads”
