“Terrible service, they re-schedules my delivery 3 times (apparently forgetting to load my item into their delivery truck each time). Calling them was such a chore with being hung up on several times, and their call centre staff being absolutely clueless and putting me on hold for ages (they use a cheap call centre in India). Also beware of the phone number they use to contact you, it incurs extra charges when calling them back.”

“The second delivery from Furdeco. I can only say that they have a well oiled machine from the communication prior to delivery including a phone call 15 mins prior to delivery. On both occasions the delivery guys were super friendly and moved my purchases to where I requested. Superb job !”

“I was informed when they would deliver my sofas and when they were 5 minutes away. On arrival I showed them where the sofas were going and in no time at all they had got them inside unpacked and legs on and placed where I told them I wanted them. Two very nice delivery men very thoughtful and respectful and took all the Packaging away too. Thankyou very much Furdeco 😃😃⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
