“Arrived within stated timeslot and rang 10 minutes before they arrived to let us know they were on the way. Packages handled with care and brought just into the house, as requested. Very polite. Delivery reference D148/M191.”

“I was informed when they would deliver my sofas and when they were 5 minutes away. On arrival I showed them where the sofas were going and in no time at all they had got them inside unpacked and legs on and placed where I told them I wanted them. Two very nice delivery men very thoughtful and respectful and took all the Packaging away too. Thankyou very much Furdeco 😃😃⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“No delivery within the 3 hour time slot. No updates sent. Had to phone the number given to find out what had happened to my order. I was told the items hadn't been loaded on the van this morning but nobody told us this so wasted an afternoon waiting for a delivery that wasn't going to come.”
