“I was happy with the service received, from the initial communication right to the actual delivery. I was notified of the delivery date a few days ahead, followed by allocated time slot a day before. There was the option to change the date and time but as I didn't need to do it, I can't comment on how easy or difficult it is. Two gentlemen arrived with my new mattress on time, both were polite. They took it upstairs, I don't know whether it was included in the service or not, but either way I was very grateful that they did.”

“At first wrong side chaise delivered, not furdeco fault but within a week they delivered the correct sofa from furniture box and were more than helpful, very polite and brought the sofa to 1st floor and set it up and took all packaging away, excellent service, very happy 😊”

“Great delivery experience (from Robert Dyas) good communication via texts and emails beforehand. On time and the guys brought the arm chair up 12 stairs and placed in the room of my choice. Very polite and respectful. Highly recommend this company :)”

“Was told delivery would between 9am and 12pm. Delivered on time at approx 10.15 and they phoned 30 minutes before they arrived which was really helpful. Two very helpful and polite delivery men. Thank you.”

“Furdeco contacted me by email giving me the delivery date followed up with a reminder and delivery time slot, on day of delivery driver rang to confirm address and arrived about 15 minutes later. Delivery guys brought the radiator into the hall positioned it safely and left, all in all a very good service, delivery guys polite and efficient”

“The two man team turned up, carried the new fridge to my hallway where they stripped the cardboard and packaging to allow me to view the fridge to ensure no debts or scratches, they then positioned it for me and left. The whole process took a maximum 10 minutes and was very professional.”
