“TERRIBLE SERVICE! They lie about when they will deliver, they are never on time and i had to get a crime number from the police as they tried to steal my luxury item along with verbal assault!”

“Great communication and delivery details beforehand. Delivery guys very pleasant and respectful. Would have given five stars but they refused to carry up to first floor (we live in a coach house). Left in box in garage for hubby to bring up and build later (I better get him some beers in!). Just something to be mindful of if you live in a first floor property. But other than that generally very happy.”

“Delivery guys sounds very impatient, no calls at all before arrival; only called when showed up at the door and when we told them we are on our way, only get asked rudely and repeatedly ''how long'' ''5 mins wait is ok but no longer'' I think management is at fault here that their team is too stressed for too short time framed delivery slots when they are delivering heavy bulky furniture which takes longer time obviously to carry and move around!”
