“Furdeco gave us a date and time slot and stuck to it. The driver rang us 15 minutes before delivery and when they got here the guys were amazing, so polite, efficient, helpful, friendly, cheerful and professional. Customer service far exceeded what was expected - such a refreshing change these days. Thanks guys, you made our day!”

“Sent a 3 hour delivery time in advance of delivery day. On day rang to give accurate time too. Very helpful and organised at door - we were very happy with all aspects of our delivery. Thank you.”

“Placed order on saturday , tues had e.mail to say couriers had picked up my goods. Thursday telephone call/e.mail/text to arrange delivery day /time, 3 hour time slot for Friday.Phone call from drivers to say 10 mins away.Furniture delivered on time by very polite, professional delivery team. Set up furniture. Very pleased with the company, well done. Would recommend and furniture looks amazing.”

“The previous day we were given a 3 hour time slot and on the day at the start of the time slot the driver phoned to say they would be with us in about an hour. 30 minutes later he phoned to say they would be another half an hour and just before the 30 minutes was up he phoned again to say another 2 minutes. It felt a bit like the countdown to a NASA moonshot. They offered to unpack and check our order (it was a garden parasol and predictably it was raining) so we declined the offer as the packaging was undamaged. After they had left their office rang to confirm we had accepted an unchecked delivery. A very good service!”

“Great products and prices and really efficient communication (from a person with a name!) When the item we ordered was out of stock. An alternative finish was offered and quickly processed and have to say I'm glad we had the alternative finish as it's amazing! Looks far more expensive than it was.”

“Furdeco kept me well informed in regards to delivery time and day further they were on schedule despite distance travelled. When the delivery arrived the two young men were very polite going beyond the call of duty to navigate a difficult staircase then position a very heavy oak wardrobe in allocated upper floor bedroom. Thank you from a very impressed customer!”

“Gave email and messages notifications if delivery . On the day gave a time slot and half an hour before gave a phone call . Offered to unpack when delivered , I declined because I was busy with something else. Polite driver who wished me a good afternoon as he left .”
