“No delivery within the 3 hour time slot. No updates sent. Had to phone the number given to find out what had happened to my order. I was told the items hadn't been loaded on the van this morning but nobody told us this so wasted an afternoon waiting for a delivery that wasn't going to come.”

“They did manage to carry box in. With Cotswold delivery they rung before arrival, removed packaging to check product and took away all packaging. Far better service!”
