“No direct payments to the vet. The client has to submit their claim directly to the insurance company and wait an average 14 days for reimbursement. This frustrating, as my last insurance company, Trupanion dealt directly with my veterinarian and the wait times were minutes . Very disappointed”

“I had a WONDERFUL first experience calling Furkin for my first claims submitted for my pup, Haru. Although I was not thrilled about the long wait time, my actual call as well as the level of conversation, help and guidance made me forget about the hold time! I was so excited to call Furkin, as it's my first interaction with any Furkin rep outside of being billed and I am so confident in my decision to pay for insurance for my pup. I wanted to get pet insurance to make my life easier and more stress free, but after hearing horror stories from other people submitting claims to their insurance companies I was worried... I am not as worried anymore ! Thanks again”

“Seems like a decent policy, but the follow up info on how to submit a claim, and what's covered based on your selection is non existant. That could be much better, like a how to guide. Otherwise i have limited feedback because i habent had to use the policy yet.”
