“Have not had to make a claim, but did get another dog added to policy and asked Janet tons of questions I didn't even think about first time around. All were answered in a really nice and thorough manner; with plenty of patience.”

“Seems to be good coverage....only had it a few weeks. Customer service is good and knowledgeable. The only thing I don't like is they don't underwrite the policy until you make your first claim which can leave uncertainty as to what is not going to be covered.”
