“I just enrolled, you have been sending me emails about what a wonderful pet insurance you are. Let’s wait until we need the insurance, (let’s hope not) and after you processed the claim, I’ll give you my opinion and will rate your company accordingly.”

“Transferring my cat's insurance from her adoption organization to me was so quick and easy! I had a wonderful experience speaking with Janet; she is so friendly, explained everything clearly, and made the process efficient and enjoyable.
