“I was able to see almost everything I needed to know in the quote and sample plan online. Janet answered all of my questions in a friendly and knowledgeable manner. The coverage is better than the multiple options I considered.”

“Generally, it is a good service. However, I submitted multiple claims, and only got numbers to refer to them in emails. It would be easier if even amounts were included in the emails”

“I insured my two pets after having an incident with one of my dogs. Unfortunately after 8 months later there was another incident and Furkin was amazing. I contacted them and they provided all the direction I needed. Once I easily submitted my documents I received my reimbursement in a very timely manner, faster than I expected. I highly recommend pet insurance with Furkin, for peace of mind and keeping your pet healthy without the worry!”

“I was supposed to be phoned back on August 1st to be signed up but no one called. I ended up doing it myself online which I'm not usually able to do. I don't like how the contract is set up. I don't understand it on my phone. I would like to have it it sent to me in papers so I can understand it.”

“I easily and quickly got a quote online with no trouble. Then followed instructions to recieve my pet insurance. I feel at ease now if anything happens to my puppy or we need to see out vet. Most affordable monthly fee I found around.”
