“Wellness package not offered and representative Was not helpful and understanding. She could not tell me when I would be reimbursed for my premium. I think her name was Jackie or Catherine not sure , but I sure you can check on your system.”

Hi Olimpia, we focus a great deal on customer service and really appreciate you taking the time to provide your feedback. I have spoken with our Care Team Member that assisted you over the phone the other day to get more information. Since you cancelled your policy within the first 30 days, you will receive a 100% refund on your premium. These refunds go out promptly, but our Care Team was not able to give you an exact date as you requested because it could vary by a day or two depending on the credit card company or bank. I'm sorry this was an inconvenience to you. I did want to let you know that our team is indeed working on a Wellness Add On Package that will be available in the future. Wishing you and your furry family the best!

“Furkin Pet insurance provides excellent options to cover your pets. The prices were as good as or better than any other insurance plans that we investigated (and we looked at quite a few). A pleasant surprise was that the prices after one year actually went down by a very small amount. We have insured two cats and one dog with Furkin and have had a few claims that were processed and paid as promised. There were some glitches in getting all the required information from the vets but it all worked out and the claims were settled within a reasonable timeframe.”

“I’ve had pet insurance with another company for another dog that we had. Furkin has higher coverage so we went with them for our new puppy. The claim was east to do, they followed up with our vet as there was missing information. From date of vet service to pay out was less than a week. Amazing service. Thank you.”

“Before I committed to Furkin I called to speak to an agent. I did the same for other per insurance providers. Furkin’s agent was knowledgeable and very helpful. The call was about education and no high pressure sales. Other providers were extremely high pressure and didn’t answer all my concerns. After a 20 minute call with Furkin I enrolled my dog Moose in their insurance program. I feel now that I have a peace of mind if my dog gets ill or injured. I hope to never use my policy but it’s there when I need it.”

“So far, so good. The attention and prompt response is a great value of Furkin. I didn't use the Insurance yet, and I hope no need it in the future. However, in comparison with many others insurances companies, Furkin has a great service offered-price ratio.”
