“I have had difficulty enroling my pet online due to the age. However, when I called to get help with the enrolement process the agent was amazing and very helpful. I honestly don't leave that many reviews but she deserves one. She answered all my questions and had a sweet voice that made my day. Thank you for taking care of chibi and I!”

“Agents very responsive, kind and knowledgeable. Had small issue with quote for insurance and what was charged but was handled in a timely manner and efficiently by company.”

“I wasn't really impressed that the policy has waiting periods. My puppy is only 9 weeks old. 'Before your pet is eligible for their first claim, they must meet the waiting period from the policy start date for accidents (48 hours), illnesses (14 days), and cruciate ligament conditions (180 days).' Other that that it's the first time a have pet insurance so not sure how it will go if I need to use it...”

“Very simple sign up process. Compared every available pet insurance available, and decided on Furkin because of the best coverage with the most reasonable premiums. Hopefully they will introduce a wellness plan in the future, as I found this to be the 1 negative issue when comparing all the available options for pet insurance. I had questions, and the Customer care team was very quick to respond with the answers. I hope I never need to use them for a claim, but the peace of mind it gives me that I don't have to wonder if I can do whatever my pets may need at a crucial time is well worth the cost!”

“I looked into many of the other Pet Insurance options and found that Furkin was the best suited, with fair rates for my new puppy. I'm hoping to never need it, but if I do, I am hopeful the claims will be just as easy as the enrollment process. 🤞”

“I have only just signed up with Furkin, so I really don't have anything to say about the company or about their insurance. Once I have received my policy and I begin to work with them, I can certainly say more. The sign-up process was all done online and was super easy. If this were to rate the sign-up process alone, I would give a 5. Just don't wish to commit to a 5 for everything when I haven't done anything but sign up!”
