“When our dog fell suddenly ill and required emergency veterinary care, Furkin fortunately covered everything except the deductible and anal gland expression. It was a relief to be able to provide the best care for our pet and not worry about the sometimes costly vet care to make our girl feel better. The claims process was relatively smooth and we were paid within 7 days.”

“The staff were very helpful and kind for signing up. It would be ideal if they could provide new customers with a list of pre-existing conditions that won't be eligible for insurance, based on researching past vet visit notes and documents.”

“Enrolment process was very user friendly and easy to navigate. The policy documentation answered most of our concerns. We have just signed on with Furkin Insurance so hopefully it will be as easy to make claims if or when we need it. It does give us some comfort knowing Rosie is insured but at the same time hope we won't need it for any serious issues.”

“Searching for a pet insurance provider can be overwhelming. There are many providers offering various options, deductibles, ceiling of coverage amount, etc. The online quotation system was very easy to navigate and the customer care over the phone was phenomenal. Catherine answered all of my questions concisely and professionally. This really confirmed my decision to proceed with Furkin to take care of my precious Belle!”
