“Great Name and great coverage! Was so easy to not only find all the information I needed to make an informed decision to switch from our old provider but it was super fast, easy and convenient to sign my dogs up! I had questions which were answered promptly through email and am so happy with the services provided, the coverage and the affordability of this pet insurance. I now pay half of what I did with our old insurance company and it feels Furkin good. I appreciate that there are no hidden fees and you clearly indicate when rates will increase with age and by how much!”

“I made a bad insurance mistake and went with a company I had never heard about before. Furkin is a name-brand and safe-bet when you insure your best friend. In my case, my dog. The moment I can cancel my old insurance I'm going to Furkin. No Furkin doubt about it :-)”

“Bethany was kind, informative and very helpful. She took the time to thoroughly and clearly answer my questions while even kindly checking in on my cats wellbeing. It was super disappointing not having the ultrasound covered. The information/care provided when I expressed this allowed for this disappointment to also show satisfaction with the company.”

Hi Ivan, we’re glad our Care Team was able to answer your questions and get your claim processed. At Furkin, we strive to process claims as fast as possible with over 50% of claims being processed within 24 hours and most being processed within 7-10 days. Occasionally, some claims take a bit longer, such as the first claim a member submits since we need to get medical records from your veterinarian. This was the first claim you submitted since enrolling and was processed within 8 days, usually we won’t need to get additional medical history for future claims so we will strive to have future claims you submit processed quicker!
