“I Didn’t go through a claim process (and hope it stays that way). But singing up was very easy. I understand that they are in the process of developing members portal, which is going to be a great added value and I am sure will make things way easier.”

“Easy to enrol online. What I wish Furkin would have, as well, is an online portal to file claims and see the status of a claim. All that is done by filling out documents and emailing or faxing them - which seems a little outdated”

“I am new to pet Insurance and wanted to cover our new week old chocolate lab puppy. I spoke with Jaqueline as my wife and I had a few questions. She was able to explain our coverage details, claim procedures and reimbursement time frames. Time will tell if Furkin covers us when we make a claim. I did feel that Furkins coverage was a nice balance between other companies which offered unlimited which seemed a little excessive and static limits which didn't seem high enough.”

“Can only speak to initial setup of policy but Devin was patient, professional, and helpful, answering all the questions a new dog owner and prospective insurance customer might ask. If this is an indication of how the company runs, it’s a very good sign. Based on all the reviews of Furkin’s service so far, I’m feeling hopeful and trusting in this newer company.”

“I just signed my puppy up recently for insurance coverage in the unlikely event he ever becomes ill or has an unforseen accident so I gad some questions for the representative. I received a call promptly and the agent was very helpful and answered all my questions regarding my policy. He was kind and friendly too and I am so glad I chose to go with Furkin🙂”
