“Enrollment for Furkin Pet Insurance was not hard at all. I did talk to a Customer Service Rep prior to enrolling, and she was extremely helpful in giving me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. Hopefully, if I ever have to make a claim, it will be as straightforward!”

“I called Furkin a couple of times and the two people who helped me were great, very friendly and cleared my questions. One of those times was actually to review the price charged. I subscribed online and when I checked the price, I was charged more than I thought I should. So I called you right after getting the insurance and the person I spoke to, confirmed there were some error and I was actually charged more than the current quote, so she canceled my insurance and created a new one to me, which is now with the accurate price.”

“It was incredibly easy to sign up for Furkin insurance for our new puppy, Darcy, and the monthly premiums are quite reasonable. Hopefully, they will stay that way for the foreseeable future. Thankfully, no claims at this point, so I cannot comment on that aspect of the company.”

“Generally, it is a good service. However, I submitted multiple claims, and only got numbers to refer to them in emails. It would be easier if even amounts were included in the emails”
