“Firkin gives me much better coverage than Fetch. The change was very easy and all the emails with advice have been helpful. However I have not made a claim and when I do or have to I will see. But so far great.”

“I haven't used you guys yet but the amount of emails you sent me trying to get me to enroll really made me not want to go with you. The first one was fine but then you kept going on and on. Now you keep sending me feedback emails. Lay off, please.”

“I was having trouble enrolling on-line so I Live Chatted to one agent and then called another agent when the problem persisted. The problem was with my credit card, not the fault of Furkin. Both agents were very helpful and pleasant and finally, I'm now enrolled. Thank you.”
