Hi. The desk is good quality and the fact it goes down to circa 66cm makes it ideal for the more vertically challenged. A week in and no complaints. It is worth taking a few steps back when assembling because like most of the beasts there is a bit of knack to it. Pleased with purchase and good comms. The courier was another story but furna worked to get that back on track.

Had a friend recommend this desk to me. Was a bit hesitant due to the price range. Did some further research with the Furna desk as a benchmark. What I found online did not look as good, had doubts on the engineering parts longer term, and/or they did not do very well on Trustpilot. The Furna has a chat option and they are quite responsive (even in weekends and after work hours). The desk arrived well, professionally packaged. Had it set up in about one hour. It is as strong and stable as I had hoped for. And I should had done this investment much earlier. In the beginning, you would likely need to get used to standing for 'long' periods. I change its height multiple times a day when using it. This desk has a motor on each side one in each leg, which sounds smooth and its fun to use. If buying, would recommend to add in a 6x power board from their website, which helps a lot managing any cables (with a moving desk top), so basically only the power board cable would need a socket. I need the 6x for: (1)laptop, (2)external screen, (3)desk lamp, (4)one for the two desk motors input, (5)for recharging miscellaneous desk items, and (6)left as a spare. Also would recommend to go for a 150cm wide desk (not a 120). It's nice to just have the extra space, which gives a more 'grand' feel. I do not have a lot of money, freelancer, working from home. Though with something you use every day, it should be of proper quality and makes you feel good and want to use it.

I always recommend everyone I know who works at home get a standing desk. One thing I learnd during lockdown was how important standing desks and good posture are for your back if you're going to be working at a desk. I tell them Furna is not the cheapest option, but I use them because they are great desks, and because you buy them direct from the producers.

Great standing desks. I own two of them for my home office and craft desk and they're great. The new generation of E2 desks seem a lot sturdier than previously so happy about the recent addition of the second desk.

Furna E2 frame is the best build quality I've come across relative to its price. Very sturdy desk frame and the motors are smooth and quiet when operating it. The desk tops are very expensive relative to their quality in my opinion, you can buy a solid wood top from Ikea for cheaper. The build process for the E2 is very time consuming and frustrating, requiring you to flip the very heavy frame twice. This means it is very hard to build without the help of another person. The finished desk though is very good.

Hi Stuart, Thanks for leaving a review and I'm glad you're happy with the E2 frame. It is true that occasionally Ikea run very good deals on solid wood in light colour wood like Beech though delivery is often not available or does add quite a lot to their price, while not having cable management holes. Many of the other options are paper honeycomb filled rather than solid. Delivery on bulky items like these is expensive and becoming more so, though we work as hard as we can to make sure the overall package is good value with UK-wide reach. Very good - Delivery was really quick and was here within in a few days. Desk is great, only comment is whether there is a smarter way of tidying up the cables other than cable ties you stick to the underside.

Update on my previous comment on 12th April 2021 WRT customer service. Furna responded to my email on Monday 12 April 2021 and agreed to send me a new frame for the desk (the old frame is no longer in production). The frame itself is free but I had to pay £49 for the next day delivery, given that my old desk is too old to be under warranty. I received the frame the next day after the payment was made and got the desk up and running again on Friday. Overall, I'm very happy with how this is resolved in the end in a timely manner. Even though the new frame won't get the same 5-year warranty as a new purchase, Will, from Furna, assured me that Furna will alway try to resolve the issue for custom, even in the most uncommon cases. Changing from * to 5*. I also suggested that Furna should improve their communication on their website as well as on their social media accounts.

Excellent product sturdy and great price when compared with similar products. I purchased my first E2 legs in 2017 and fitted to my own table top. Works well, I now use daily. I purchased another set of E2 legs for my husband in 2020 and he loves it too. Have recommended to friends.

My main issue is with their customer service. I purchased the E2 desk back in 2017. It's been working fine until just a couple of days ago. The control box stopped working and that basically means it can't move up and down at all and I'm stuck in the standing position. The desk comes with a 5-year warranty, however, the issue is that there's no body to contact with when you need it. Online Chat - nope, unavailable Twitter - nope, no activity for month. Telephone - nope, direct to voice mail Online form - sent, no response Email - sent, no respnse This is my last resort to contact them for a solution!! Hopefully they are still in business and care about their reviews!!! ========== Update on 17 April 2021 =========== Furna responded to my email on Monday 12 April 2021 and agreed to send me a new frame for the desk (the old frame is no longer in production). Thanks to Furna I have now the ideal set up to work from home. Spending most of my day standing, I am more focused and energised. The quality is excellent and service is faultless. Highly recommended.

Contact support seems to be non-existent. I've sent multiple messages & used their contact form twice. I have not received a single reply yet. Contrary to what they state on their website: 'We guarantee a reply to any email or live chat quickly during business hours!' That clearly is not the case. I'm trying to get in touch regarding a product I bought 3 years ago, as part of the frame has developed a fault with it.

Hi Marcus, We apologise for the delayed response to your email from last week, and for the issue you're having with the frame. This matter had been taken up with the factory to see if we can get a replacement for you, though as it was discontinued 2 years ago this may take time. You should have received a reply in any case to confirm this was being looked in to, so we're sorry for that mishap. The warranty on the Airlift was 1-2 years, as our 5 year warranty came in to effect on our later products starting 2018. However, we will do what we can to make this right for you, and will reply privately with what we can offer.

I have bought the E-Top Electric Sit Stand converter which malfunctioned less than 2 weeks after purchase. I have sent 2 emails and tried to call the company at least 5 times over the past 10 days but there seems to be no one available. Wish there was a zero star rating - appalling quality and customer service.

After sales service is very poor. 2 months since buying the desk and repeated requests and queries have still not been answered. I had a quite basic query about the desk. It leaves me with the impression that they don't know enough about their products.
