“I placed an order in June to be told soon after that it wouldn't be available until August. I decided to continue with the purchase until August came and I was told it wouldn't be delivered until November. Since beginning of August I've been emailing relentlessly explaining I do not want to wait this long and would like a refund a month later and the company are not responding to me or processing said refund. You can not phone them and they blame this on covid although not sure why as all other companies seem to be coping with work from home staff? AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND PLEASE GIVE ME MY REFUND.”

“Absolutely first class from order to delivery. Beds out of stock and quoted a month delay which was fine. I had an email within 2 hours quoting next day delivery and they turned up at 830am the following morning! Delivery guys were brilliant. My kids love the bed. Worth every penny. I would not hesitate to recommend 👍😁”

“Very happy overall!! Delivery was timely and product seems good quality. My only suggestion would be that some of the assembly instructions could have been written slightly more clearly. Very happy with finished product!”
