“Received our tv unit within 3 days of ordering. We had been told it would arrive 7th January but came 2 weeks early ...thankfully someone was in! Really nice piece of furniture.”

“I ordered the Payton armchair, which is really fabulous. I can not fault the delivery company, who were very helpful. Unfortunately the customer service from Furniture123 was not helpful when I raised questions about delivery. I received the same stock response from multiple staff members over a number of weeks and ultimately only got the answer I required from the delivery company on the day of delivery.”

“Amazingly quick reliever. Good quality table and benches. Easy to assemble. Was was thinking at the price it maybe a bit “cheap” but it’s fantastic you’d think we paid a lot more for it. .”

“Had to write a review as I'd been tortured over ordering from this company after reading bad reviews re delayed delivery + bad customer service. Got to say my experience has been great... Granted only ordered a Footstool so the item was from stock but it was ready for collection 3 days earlier than expected and was v simple to collect from the Derbyshire store. The quality is fabulous for the price so I'm very pleased I took the plunge + ordered! Opening mechanism is sturdy + good quality. Great addition to our lounge and fabric is nice quality.”

“The sofa arrived on time, was easy to set up and is exactly as we expected. The construction is sound, the fabric is good quality and the cushions are comfortable. Definitely value for money. I needed to change the date of delivery and the courier customer service was excellent.”

“I ordered the Idris sofa. It looks great and is comfortable. The service was great. I received regular emails to tell me when the sofa would be delivered. Very quick turn around from order to delivery. Would definitely use again.”

“Would have given 5 stars but ... we ordered 2 beds and an office table. The beds are of excellent quality and looks and feels amazing . The office table was a pain to assemble and had to loose parts to make it work . Took 3 hours to assemble the table , a bit flimsy but expected it for the price I paid. Delivery service was spot on .”

“My order hasn't arrived on 22nd as stated, despite on the 14th receiving an email saying it was on it's way. No notification to advise me what is happening. Absolutely no info on order tracking. Cannot get anyone to answer a phone.”

“I have given 5 stars because I have been impressed by the delivery timescales, communications as well as the bed I ordered (mid-sleeper bed for a 10 year old). The bed was self-assenbly and took a few hours to put together, but the instructions were fairly clear and all parts well labelled For tge money I am very impressed I would definitely order from Furniture 123 again.”
