“We were really pleased with our sofa and exactly what we were expecting. Good value for money and the second time we have ordered furniture from Furniture 123. We marked them down one star as there was a delay with our delivery despite paying extra and we were not notified in advance. Their customer service however was very good in dealing with my complaint and in the end the delivery arrived the next day. We would order from them again.”

“Can not fault furniture 123. Had never heard of them and then saw them mentioned in a Mrs hinch fb page several times. Saw they had a good deal on the bed I wanted so thought why not give it a go! Paid the Extra £10 for next day delivery. Was with me by 11am. Delivery man was very polite and efficient. Bed was a bit of a nightmare to put up due to not the most clearest of instructions but I expected that from other reviews. However once the bed was up, it was al forgotten! In perfect condition and exceptionally comfy and well made although to be fair for the price, I would have been happy should it only last a few years! Really cannot speak highly enough of the speed, service and the bed itself! Thankyou”

“Was a bit sceptical about ordering the Lola range without any customer reviews but it is absolutely beautiful. I had already dealt with furniture 123 before for another piece of furniture and I would highly recommend them. The delivery date was delayed but I was kept informed by email.”

“Amazing customer service, let me change the bed last minute to this one. With an even quicker delivery date (the next day) perfect bed my little girl absolutely loves it and it’s made her transition from cotbed to big girls bed so much easier as it doubles up as a playhouse she loves the roof and calls it her princess bed:)”
