“Great piece of furniture. Very happy, good quality and good price. Super fast delivery, came weeks earlier than expected which was great. Constantly emailed to keep me in the loop of delivery, confirmation etc. Very happy and will order from this company again.”

“Don’t understand the negative reviews. This is the third time I’ve used Furniture 123 and once again they came up trumps. The item I wanted was originally out of stock (Skylar two drawer bedside table). As promised they emailed me when it came back into stock and within 48 hours of placing my order it was delivered to my home. The courier turned up 10 minutes early and the item was very well packaged (I know this because I accidentally dropped it but nothing was damaged!). The bedside table is good quality and was easy to put together. Once again I’ve bought a great product at a great price from Furniture 123. Thank you and keep up the good work!”

“Do not buy from this company, diabolical service and please read reviews for the courier company ArrowXL which they use, absolutely shocking. Be aware doorstep only deliveries and only make you aware of this on the day. Delivery time kept getting put back and waited in twice to receive item. Waiting on refund, which I was told on the phone, after waiting for 15 minutes, was going to be processed, only to receive an email saying I have to refuse delivery then ask for a refund!!!!! The mind boggles... No idea where my order is but I want my money back.”

“Delivery was arrangeed nd i was kept upto date with times, the compny were on time and were pleasant . The corner group came in 3 boxes and to build this was time taking as a single person household. The settees are comfortable, modern and look great. Well worth the price paid. Would reccommend Furniture 123”

“Good wardrobe struggled+++ to attach the doors. No delivery time emailed furniture 123 no response, emailed delivery company no response. Got a phone call at 16.00 will be with you in10 15 minutes!”

“We needed a tv stand with quite specific measurements and Furniture 123 were the only retailer with affordable options. We ordered on Thursday, paid for next day delivery and it arrived on Saturday, slightly earlier in the day than expected. The tv stand itself is sturdy and looks good enough but feels overpriced and getting the drawers aligned properly was a little tricky.”
