“Very pleased with my garden furniture, rattan cube with parasol! Perfectly described on Furniture123 website. Delivered the next day! I was updated all the way through til they delivered my order. ArrowXL delivery staff were polite and helpful too. Will definitely recommend.”

“Paid for my table and benches beginning of July and received an email a few days later stating it had left warehouse and I would be given a time slot if delivery shortly! Over the next few weeks I chased by email and phone where I was told it would be with me shortly. Finally 3 weeks later they got back to say it’s out of stock!!!Still on their website to purchase however so beware. They refunded my £430 but they had it for over 3 weeks knowing full well they didn’t have the item. Would not use this company again.”

“Ordered and paid for a mattress which didn’t arrive on day promised (still hasn’t) and no one seems to be able to tell me if/when it will arrive very disappointed thought this was a reliable company but neither the delivery or customer service have been good”

“Hi, Pav and Haroon is what went wrong. Lack of help or advice was evident. Contacted via e-mail to ask for help. With covid and delays we were missing a few parts and when asked for help they stated we can't help you as its over the returns date. I didn't want to return. Just wanted help to either have the parts sent out and if they couldn't then advise on where I could buy these myself as it was over the time period etc... No help at all apart from sorry we can't help. If you had just shown some form of help... or showed you actually were trying.. even slightly I would have given a better rating. The lack of empathy here is what got you a 1/5. If I could give a 0/5 I would have.”

“Ordered rattan garden furniture showing a delivery time of one week. Company contacted us to offer earlier delivery which suited. Delivered as expected by two very pleasant and helpful drivers. Furniture perfect. Very happy.”
