“2 king size beds look nothing like what is advertised. The quality is terrible. See photos of comparison - the bed advertised is totally different.”

“Hi received my order of a bedside cabinet and was pleased the way it was packed. It would have nice to know what tools were required though ,but luckily I had my ones available. All the items of screw components were packed well Unfortunately during the final assembly there was 5 screws missing ,which I had to source from my own supplies ,other then that all was well”

“I so wanted to love this set because if it had arrived in good condition it probably would look beautiful. But actually I’m really upset with the quality. Most of the pieces arrived with cracks or bent. Some pieces are just not fit for purpose. Here are some photos of what I mean. I have changed the handles to fit our bedroom colour scheme.”

“I bought a sofa a couple months ago from Furniture123 and unfortunately it turned out to be faulty. I contacted customer services and they were absolutely amazing. Special shout out to Solihah Treasure who is a star. She arranged for a free pick up of the faulty sofa, AND a replacement sofa (I picked a different one) for the next working day. Cannot thank her enough!”

“Gorgeous sofa, slightly hampered by some confusion over next-day delivery which turned out to be day-after-next-day delivery but you only ever find the true worth of a company when something goes slightly wrong and they pull out all the whistles and stops to sort it for you. Which they did!jul”

“Unfortunately our outdoor dining set table was faulty and it took several phone calls to have a new one delivered. We were promised a full refund of the delivery fee but have not received anything ( yet). The furniture are very nice and comfortable and easy to install.”

“Great value for money, really pleased with our Valencia wardrobe and dressing table, had a couple of parts that needed replacing and dealing with their customer service was brilliant, were replaced very quickly by a very good customer service team. Will definitely use again.”
