“I’m delighted with the tv unit … it’s beautiful! Very well made, looks really good quality and just what I was hoping for. However, delivery guys won’t open the packaging (and goodness there is a lot but I know that’s good as so well protected for delivery). So can’t be checked before they leave and such a heavy item to remove. I had to get someone to help me and still struggled! Would have been so nice if they had taken it out and taken the packing with them. Had a tv delivered shortly afterwards by another company and they took all their packaging away and even offered to put the feet on the Furniture 123 unit for me. Now that’s what I call service! So hence only 4 stars for Furniture 123.”

“Delivery and pre delivery excellent . Too marks all round . Item said ‘ some assembly required ‘ this was a bit of an under statement and challenge ! But once built …. excellent !”

“The delivery driver was on time and carried the flat pack bed to the correct room but only because I told him to and not because he asked me. He also said he'd been trying to call me. But he only called me once and left me a voicemail to tell me how far away he was.”

“I am very happy with the footstool, it's exactly how I hoped it would be - very comfortable and looks great however it arrived with one of the plastic feet broken in transit. I was immediately offered an exchange and the staff were very apologetic and helpful. I decided to keep the item anyway as I had disposed of the packaging and I could mend the stool myself so I was offered a discount voucher on a future purchase or a money back voucher. I wouldnt hesitate to order again from F123, customer service went above and beyond to sort out my problem.”

“Good service generally although there was one radiator cover missing and when I rang your customer service said they had all been sent together when in fact after us further investigations the item was out of stock. We would have appreciated being told that. We got it eventually”

“Ordered 2 bedside tables, so pleased that have since ordered the chest of drawers. Fast delivery, helpful customer service - but as previous reviewer has written - DO NOT CALL THEM! I was charged £7 for 10 minute call. Furniture is good value for money, with holes already drilled in correct place and runners for drawers already fitted.”

“The drawer is exactly as pictured, I was worried that the quality wouldn’t be that great and it may look cheap but it’s really nice, heavy, looks expensive and I’m happy with it. Delivery was brilliant as well, it literally came in the next day. I’ve used it as a tv unit so I’m not too fussed about the space in the drawers but if using for something else then you might find the drawers inside are small. Only downsides are how long it took to build, and the drawers slightly stick out more than they should, not hugely noticeable but still a little annoying.”

“Looks excellent once built. Had to get some replacement parts but this was dealt with quickly and parts arrived next day. Took a bit of time to assemble and only tackle if your good at building furniture!! Very happy with end product”
