“I ordered 2 console tables which were delivered 2 days later. Very easy for my husband to assemble and they look amazing. Very well made and no damage or parts missing. Not the cheapest but we’re exactly the size for my alcoves”

“Will never purchase from this company again. My delivery is late. It is saying delivered. But the team are saying its not delivered. Obviously its not because I don't have it. Poor communication. Poor customer service, and if it does end up here. It will prob be poor quality.. Do not purchase from these people”

“The product quality and price are both excellent. Delivery was a bit hit and miss: the first date I was told, the order didn't turn up. I contacted customer services and received a quick response with an apology and a new date, a few days later. Fair enough, I thought, it was just after Christmas. But then it didn't turn up on that date either. So I got in touch again, and was responded to quickly with another new date, and this time it did turn up. This was still only a week after I ordered it, so although not great to be given three different dates, it still arrived pretty quickly!”

“Been let down twice...both times order was supposedly on its way. First order was actually not in stock and wouldn't be for 3months. Second order was 'promised' to be delivered and 'ready with the courier' on three separate occasions...despite the courier telling me they hadn't actually received it yet. What a waste of time and poor customer service.”

“hi got a table for a xmas gift for my sister so glad I opened it the pedestal was all marked so sent a email was given £30 off ? but it was better then repacking it and sending it back so I kept it. sent for a new one and a drinks trolley big mistake the table came with the same problems do they not inspect them before they send them out???? i have not got the drinks trolley has yet been trying the phone them no luck hope its ok”
