“Bought navy blue ottoman after much research looking for that specific colour. Product was beautiful but it was about as far away from navy blue as it was possible to be!! No information came with packaging to say how or if you could return the item”

“I read all the reviews after I ordered, so was anxious about what to expect, I was pleasantly surprised and pleased, the bed I ordered was the khole make, it came on time, the delivery guys where helpful, it was well packaged, the instructions were simple to follow, the bed is sturdy and looks more expensive than I paid, I’m a happy customer, so I ordered a sofa, I will definitely use Furniture 123 again.”

“Delivery arrived today, 5 days later than originally quoted, and without any notification, but that's my only negative comment. Furniture is fantastic, great quality for the price I'm chuffed to bits with it, just what I wanted. If they could improve shipping notifications and delivery tracking is give them 5* without hesitation.”

“I was extremely happy with my purchase and delivery. With self assembly of the bed all parts were labelled and ALL there with helpful instructions. Delivery was on time. My Orce velvet Ottoman bed is stunning and the Mango wood hand made six draw Art Deco units are fantastic the pictures on the website do not reflect how good they look and craftsmanship. Extremely happy and will use Furniture 123 for my future orders.”
