“1st bed was a little complicated and took a while to put together however direction were straight forward and the 2nd but was much easier. I am very pleased the bedsand my children absolutely love their new beds with hideaway den underneath. Would definitely recommend to family and friends great space savers”

“Once stock was available, I received a text and it was delivered promptly. Lovely tv unit although a took a couple of hours to put together. Great price too.”

“Although the furniture was fine, some parts were a bit fiddly to put together, but on the whole i was satisfied. The furniture was due to arrive on a Saturday, well it finally arrived on the following Tuesday. It arrived before the time schedule. What is the point of having an allocated time slot if you are going to then deliver early? It was incredibly lucky I was in! Apparently if you are out they put a card through the letter box. I would have been very annoyed if this had happened Customer services were helpful. regarding this matter.”

“Customer service people were great, no issues there! However I brought a desk that was stated 'in stock' and only upon the day of delivery did I get a phone call saying there was a mistake and in fact they no longer stocked that desk, even though I paid for it 10 days prior with no warning.”
