“I ordered my hall table from Furniture 123 sceptically because some of the reviews were not that good. My experience of the company is excellent. I ordered the table for next day and it arrived as promised! I knew it was self assembly - the instructions were amazing! Bags labelled, easy to follow diagrams and tool included. Absolutely delighted with the table as it exceeded my expectations for the price I paid. Thank you Furniture 123.”

“Very happy with the bed. Delivery was super quick, the delivery drivers very helpful and polite. They have brought the bed to the 9th floor with no problems. Highly recommend the Furniture 123”

“Order was placed with ease and the goods were delivered with 24 hrs of ordering having paid for next day delivery. Kept up to date by the delivery company and was given a one hour time slot that they were deliverer in. Service was exceptional and the goods were very good and to a high standard.”

“Really lovely furniture, only issue was delivery was put back by a month and then advised it would be earlier so a bit of messing about making sure we were home. Delivery company used were great.”

“Excellent service. Delivery when they said, and it was packaged really well with care and attention. Ine slight problem was a missing piece of assembky instruction but wgen called customer care u recieved a call back in 15 minutes and an email with the missing instructions within 30 minutes can not fault then at all”

“We ordered a double bed and mattress, bed frame arrived without any difficulty but no mattress! I understand this comes from a different supplier, however, the response from the customer service team I am still waiting for 5 days later. I have sent emails, e-messages and rang the telephone line without any answers. Each day I have received a text message to say I would be responded to the following day but only by another text saying the same. Extremely frustrating. My Daughter has now been sleeping on the settee for 5 nights.”

“The Mariah range is truly stunning. It really looks expensive and the tiny crystals just make it beautiful. I have the whole range now. Its just a shame they don't do a tallboy.”
