“Unfortunately there was a problem with incorrect parts (self assembly wardrobe) but when reported correct parts were ordered. There was then a problem with availability, but I was pro-actively contacted, advised of the availability date, accepted the new date and, sure enough, I was advised the parts were to be delivered at the date specified, and arrived as advised. It's not how a company performs normal day to day, it's how they resolve problems when they arise.”

“I have recently bought the Coco House bed for my three year old. The bed was delivered only 18 hours after i purchased it by two very friendly delivery men. The bed was in immaculate condition and once built (which does take a bit of time) is so sturdy. Fantastic quality for the price paid.”

“I have to say my expectations for “self assembly” furniture is always a bit low but the tv table I bought was excellent. Exactly as described, delivered on time with no damage, great assembly instructions and yes it took a while to put it together but the finished product is a very solid and good looking piece of furniture!”

“Other than it not being in stock for weeks when it was finally back in stock (to be fair there was a pandemic on!) it arrived super quick and it is amazing. So easy to extend, looks fab. Well worth the wait.”
