“The bed I purchased was supposed to be delivered within the same week I purchased it but I had a text from the courier on the morning of the delivery to say it couldn't be delivered so I ended up having it the following week. When it arrived we didn't notice anything untoward but as we assembled it, there were scratches across the top of the two units and it appeared they had tried to buffer them out - which only made them more obvious. As the units were going under the cabin bed it's not a major issue but there is a distinct lack of quality about the product but I guess you get what you pay for & for the price we can't really complain.”

“Delivery time was spot on and the table size was perfect as we were downsizing. The only issue was that when we opened the box we found the bag of nuts and bolts was ripped and they were loose inside, one nut was between the table and table protector and therefore left minor scratches on the surface. Unfortunately we had got rid of our old table the day before, so we didn't return the table.”

“I have not yet received my product ! You have sent me an e-mail asking how you did ! I can't pass comment until my product arrives ! I would appreciate update on order please. Ordering was very simple. Quite odd to get a follow up e-mail prior to product being delivered !”

“We love the material and colour of the bed but the headboard is much flatter than it looks on the website (less of a curve) and the slats are very far apart which has made our new mattress that we loved on our old bed much softer. Currently trying to rectify this with some ply wood. Not the easiest to put together definitely a two man job!”

“The bigger unit has two small dents in the drawers which is disappointing and need to be replaced. Assuming they are I will order another similar size cabinet. The bedside units are fine.”

“I bought two matching pine chests of drawers. They were not very expensive, so I wasn't expecting anything of high quality, but I still think they were overpriced, particularly as they had to be self-assembled. The first chest took me over three hours to assemble, but the second took only just over an hour. Everything fitted as per the plans, but I was disappointed to find that the drawers had to be held together by screws alone. (The joints are butted, not dovetailed, and are not supported by dowels.) The finishing oil has a strong and not particularly pleasant smell. Don't lose any of the screws, because there are no spares! The chests were delivered sooner than originally advised and I received regular updates in respect of delivery, including a telephone call an hour or so before they were dropped off.”

“purchased Jasmine velvet bedframe in sale. Delivery arrived on time no issues there. However the item was not finished to a high standard, some ruching of the fabric on both headboard and bed end. No pre drilled holes for the feet to be fixed - cheap black meshing used on underside and also back of headboard which would have been much better finished in velvet. Paid the right price for it in the sale - wouldnt be worth the RRP as quoted. Overall product was satisfactory.”
