“Having searched around for weeks for furniture I decided to buy from Furniture 123. The reason was the style and the price. I have bought a leather sofa and reclining arm chair which is beautiful and a dressing table and wardrobe in the Harper range. Cannot fault any of it. It's very good quality at a great price. Will always look at Furniture 123 when I need something in the future. Great customer service. Fast delivery. Great company to deal with.”

“Great table and chairs for half the price of elsewhere! Only fault I would have is the delivery. After it did not show on time i called customer service, after waiting 13 minutes on hold to get through, now past the delivery time, was told the delivery had not gone out correctly by DX. This was sorted by the team quickly and rearranged however had to wait another 3 days.”

“Great choice, competitive prices. Because of Covid we did have to wait 3 months to get the items delivered, they gave us a delivery date at the time of ordering and kept us updated, delivered on time as promised. The table and chairs were of a good standard, easily assembled. I would recommend people to check out their site.”

“So happy with the purchase of my children’s bunk beds Great quality and look really good too Kids absolutely loved it and both slept all night. Instructions were not all that clear but everyone is different depends how good you are and how many patients you got. Great purchase great company and great delivery highly recommended and I know where I will be going back too 5*”

“Delivery and service was great, everything arrived on time. The table and chairs are beautiful however when putting them together there was no holes for the screws which meant I had to screw them in myself which was very tiring and also left my hands in blistered as it said no drill to be used. I do think the table and bench should of had pre holes in ready as this would have saved a lot of time and less damage to my hands. Although all in all I loved them and would definitely order from here again! :)”

“When the bedside tables arrived and we saw how much we had to put together it was a bit daunting. Once we laid it all out it was easy to put together. Solid wood, with glue and screws it became a very solid piece of furniture and looks great.”

“This company is one of the best I've ever dealt with. The website is so easy to use and the quality of the products and value for money is fantastic. “Bought bunk beds for my daughters, it’s just what I wanted the ladder is sturdy and the bottom bunk is very close to the ground. My eldest loves her new bed! The built in shelf at the back is fab.”
