Delivery was on time and the bed I bought is absolutely stunning! I had an issue with one of the pieces being broken on delivery and customer service were on the ball and they sent a new piece within a week of receiving the bed. All very quick and excellent customer service.

My snuggle chair was delivered on time and the delivery guys were helpful and waited whilst I unpacked it and checked the item was correct. The chair is wonderful, lovely colour and looks great in my lounge as extra seating.

I am so happy with this beautiful high quality Lexi high gloss chest of drawers from Furniture 123 and delivery and customer support were excellent. I bought a separate mirror and added to it and it looks beautiful. I will definitely buy from them again and the price is great too !

Items arrived very fast ie next day delivery.
I may have not read the description properly but I searched for a walnut wood unit with marble top. I received a dark mdf piece with a marble painted top - rather funny….
These are just temporary items so I don’t mind….
