worst company I dealt with. In their policy they claim they accept returns, in reality it is not like this. They accept a return when you find a company, send the item back at your own expense.
I sent numerous e-mails to sales team and after sale. The only e-mail I got is a return address. Beware!

Recieved outdoor furniture to find seam split in one of the chairs, tried contacting customer support team online multiple times I did as requested and sent them pictures of the faulty chair to then find the next day my returns query had been closed because they didnt recieve the pictures.

This is the worst company that l have ever dealt with in terms of online purchases. There was late and incomplete delivery, lack of response in relation to returns and refunds. Poor response in every respect. Calls were not returned when promised, and large packs of rejected good have not been collected despite repeated requests. Customer services number did not work.
