“Good prices, next day delivery, butthe delivery company, stated a time and came 2hrs early and we missed him, so was unhappy with that, any way they came on time the next day.”

“Price are good . Quality of furniture for a price is ok . Communication was lacking, they changed delivery times 3 times and still arrived a month late . Try to call them after waiting 2 hours then phone goes dead .”

“Great product, and speedy delivery. Be advised that the parts come in two very heavy boxes, which might be difficult to shift. Luckily for me the delivery drivers managed to place in my kitchen doorway for me to take out piece by piece (due to covid restrictions the cant bring them into your home). Only comment is the instructions mention a part labelled K. There wasn't one and its actually just one of the main bolts. Also, if the pistons don't seem to work, attach them and just put the mattress on. The weight helps to get them working.”

“This is a top quality product with fantastic instructions, looks very expensive when its put together. This unit has push to open/close drawers, which is a nice touch. Comes in 3 package's with the fixings in package 3. It's very heavy and solid when its assembled. Delivery team was excellent. Im goong to add USB strip LED lights underneath, to add a bit of lighting.”

“Really difficult to build. Instructions are rubbish and have no words. Wings dont seem to line up. Would make sense for the studs to be on inner wings as cant really see them. Apart from that, love it”

“I had never heard of Furniture 123 before so I was a little dubious, but I needed a new chest of drawers for my bedroom, I have a lot of stuff so I needed them to be sturdy and I’m not great with a screwdriver so I wanted fully assembled and they had exactly what I wanted. Ordering was easy, delivery date was estimated and then confirmed and drawers arrived. They were packaged so well, fully built and of a fantastic quality. Will be ordering from you again soon”

“The estimated delievery date was bang on, the drivers where helpful and friendly, the furniture was well packaged with extra screws ect.. no damage and very clear instructions! Not one for writing reviews but I’m so pleased with my purchase”
