“I am absolutely frustrated with this company, I ordered a 3 seater sofa bed and a 2 seater sofa, they only brought the 3 seater and told me the 2 seater would arrive in 3 weeks and so far I have waited the whole of February and my sofa still have not arrived. the keep changing the delivery date and now I have to wait till 28 April again. I am told by previous customers that this company could take up to 6 months to deliver. It only have premium numbers to call and they do say they have other cheaper call rate but that is a lie and after spending a long time calling them, they would cut the call and you have to start calling all over again. I would not be buying from them again.”

“I paid extra for next day delivery of furniture. It’s been 11 days, I have still not received it. Communication about delivery was poorly organised. I received 2 different emails with two different delivery dates. None correct. I still don’t know when my furniture will be delivered. Apparently, my furniture is on its was since last 8 days! The distance from the warehouse to my house is 13 miles!”

“I am very happy - in fact, very impressed with my purchase. My bed was delivered within two days and not only has transformed the appearance of my bedroom but also the quality of sleep. It's amazing how much more comfortable my mattress feels on different bed frame. I got an ottoman bed and cannot believe the capacity. Very pleased.”

“I have Scandi Briana table and TV unit. I purchased them because of good reviews, good price and material but I was a bit wary as the colour on the picture was not very convincing. They look so much better in reality than online!!! The feel of the veneer is not sleek like cheap sticker, it has texture to it and the pattern looks amazing. The colour is standard oak, maybe a bit on the paler side, with beautiful eggshell finish. It is oiled, not waxed or lacquered, so it doesn't feel sticky and can be upkept with good oil regularly to stay pretty for years. Both pieces feel nicely heavy and look like quality pieces - they were not exactly cheap but they look more expensive then the reasonably priced furniture that they are. The table top has beautiful chamfer and looks like solid oak, not veneer. I'm serious, no one could ever tell. If I needed more oak units I would definitely buy them from here. If I could suggest something it would be to redo the pictures for the web shop. They just don't do justice to those things. The delivery was super smooth and quick as well, and the packaging is not random - it is engineered. No damage possible whatsoever. I am simply so impressed and love my new furniture so much, it puts a smile on my face everytime I look or work at it. The wood is lovely, the finish is high quality, the looks are modern yet classic, the price is great. Would recommend 11/10.”

“DO NOT go with this company. Order bedroom furniture in Jan 2021. Told it would be delivered in 12 weeks. I was in no hurry for furniture, as I was decorating room. The night before delivery got a text message to say it would be another 12 weeks. Ridiculous, they are quick enough to take my money. I had to give a star to write this review, but it deserves none.”

“The chair and footstool are excellent quality and value. The delivery, whilst not cheap was also excellent. I was kept informed throughout by email and text and on the day of delivery, the providers phoned me and text me with a one-hour window. They were extremely respectful of my home and made the experience just perfect. I am very happy with my purchase and would order from you again .”
