“Awful company AVOID at all cost, customer service is full of lies and empty promises. Ordered a cot with next day delivery and only received half of it and kept getting told the spare part will be delivered to me by a date every time I called up on said date they would apologise and say it would take another 2 days and used the same excuse but can quite easily arrange a delivery to pick up the item I have after I requested a refund. I'm not even hopeful I will even get my money back. Wish I read the reviews sooner”

“Absolutely shocking company to deal with. Ordered two beds and mattresses in good faith, only for one bed and 4 mattresses to arrive. After enquiring was advised they didn't have any of the same bed in stock and would we like a refund or to return the items. The items were collected for a full refund, yet 10 days later still waiting for an update and they can't even advise if the items have been returned to the warehouse. On top of that they charge £20 to collect the items, even though it's there fault they sold something they don't have in stock. Several emails later and all you get is generic responses with no help. Absolutely avoid this company, as not only truly unhelpful, but when it's there error they charge you to collect them!!! Am currently looking into management/Director level to escalate further as nothing has been done in 10 days and still hold over £900 of our money.”

“The communication from purchase to delivery was excellent. The delivery people were possibly the most friendly and helpful I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. The sofa bed is of excellent quality. From previous reviews I’d anticipated that the pull out bed would be exceptionally uncomfortable but this is not the case. The sofa is firm but very sturdy and well made, a few cushions will enhance the comfort. Very happy with this purchase & would definitely use this company again.”

“unit is very nice, easy to assemble, good looking piece of furniture.I would have given five stars however as I paid for next day delivery upon ordering (Wednesday) and it didn't arrive till Saturday, not really good enough.”

“Good quality table and easy to build. The colour isn’t the same as the picture said it’s walnut but it’s more mahogany wood with a slight orange tone which I don’t really like. But very quick delivery paid for next day and was there by 12 noon the next day.”

“8 weeks of delays following ordering. Poor communication all the way through. When finally available, delivery date not suitable and couldn't be changed. Delivery firm left goods in unsecured location in the pouring rain. Goods rain damaged. Terrible service from start to finish.”

“The Emerson small drop leaf table I bought was damaged in transit but after phoning up I was delighted that the helpful member of staff immediately arranged for another one to be sent to me without any hassle. The assembly instructions for putting the table together proved really easy to follow with every part numbered and clearly identified...there is however a small mistake in section 03 with how to fit the corner pieces, but it doesn't take long to work it out! It took a few hours to put it all together but the result is extremely satisfying....terrific solid table, perfect for two people. Would highly recommend this product.”

“Item was exactly what was wanted and had accurate description and good value. Shame completely let down by delivery information by F123. Took time off work to stay at home to receive order as per delivery info on track and trace but no show. Tried calling delivery company as instructed on the track and trace and wrong number on website as it went to F123 customer services. Once given correct number ABC del said they never were delivering on stated day but on another one. Del company was helpful.”

“No word that my item wasn’t in stock. I ordered it pd got delivery date then on delivery day I went into tracking to find out time for delivery only to see. WAITING FOR STOCK This is rubbish had to cancel joiner to fit this”

“Service was made easy to order. I have had two ottoman beds in the past from you Price was reasonable, delivery was very prompt although incurred delivery charge . Will not be returning the baby pink ottoman bed as it’s beautiful my granddaughter loves it”
