“Terrible service! Will not be using your company again!! Sent a bed with missing parts, no bolts, screws or instructions. My daughter is sleeping on the floor. Sent 4 messages, no response. Tried calling, sat in a que for an hour and given the option to receive a call back to which I have not had. Not happy”

“Managed to cancel the wrong order Which sent me back to the end of the queue as I have to re-order again. Meanwhile the bedroom furniture I ordered 5 weeks ago that has been delayed for another 5 weeks remained on order. So I told customer service to not cancel this order anymore as I eould wait the 5 weeks. A week later they cancelled this order without any notification. What an absolute mess.”

“Dining storage bench came on time and I'm delighted with the quality. It was just a temporary solution until I found something else, but it's absolutely brilliant and only cost £59.00. I will be buying another for the Hall, shoe storage and somewhere to sit to put them on. Really pleased with it.”

“Placed an order for a safina buttoned small double bed, came on the date it was supposed to and delivery man was helpful and carried all boxes indoor despite of the covid doorstep arrangement. Beautiful product with helpful staff on stand by if you have any queries regarding delivery times. Four weeks to wait for delivery due to low stock but was worth the wait. I would recommend you let a professional assemble to ensure sturdy fixture and longevity of the product, make your money stretch and last where necessary as beds are an investment. Dont attempt to assemble on your own if you're not too sure. Would definitely recommend. This isn't a paid review!”
