“Items arrived very fast ie next day delivery. I may have not read the description properly but I searched for a walnut wood unit with marble top. I received a dark mdf piece with a marble painted top - rather funny…. These are just temporary items so I don’t mind….”

“Ordered a sofa however on delivery it was damaged. Contact made with customer services and sofa was collected a week later and I have to say refund into bank was two days after collection overall the customer services was good pity the sofa was damaged”

“Good company fast delivery but whatever you do dont call them. Charged £17 for a 25min call where most of that time was spent on hold to a customer service representative who had no idea what they were doing.”

“unit is very nice, easy to assemble, good looking piece of furniture.I would have given five stars however as I paid for next day delivery upon ordering (Wednesday) and it didn't arrive till Saturday, not really good enough.”

“Good quality table and easy to build. The colour isn’t the same as the picture said it’s walnut but it’s more mahogany wood with a slight orange tone which I don’t really like. But very quick delivery paid for next day and was there by 12 noon the next day.”

“Item was exactly what was wanted and had accurate description and good value. Shame completely let down by delivery information by F123. Took time off work to stay at home to receive order as per delivery info on track and trace but no show. Tried calling delivery company as instructed on the track and trace and wrong number on website as it went to F123 customer services. Once given correct number ABC del said they never were delivering on stated day but on another one. Del company was helpful.”

“Beautiful tv unit ,looks stunning .delivery and packaging great BUT a few scratches on one of the doors and wood devision part badly marked which I have coloured in with wood pen to hide ,as I said really well packaged so couldn’t see until all wrapping taken off also. Might of been us but found it very uneasy to order 😬”

“Good points - two out of three items of furniture were delivered on time. One I was given no delivery information at all for to get a call from the driver saying he was leaving it on the street outside my house. Unimpressed by that”

“The furniture was of a good standard. The damaged package I received damaged the wood and fixtures and fitting were missing. You were quick to respond so that I thank you. Unfortunately I wouldn’t order again as I would worry on the incident recurring.”

“Item arrived a day before expected and was really well packaged up. The item itself wasn't expensive and so I didn't expect it to be too good, however, it is of adequate quality. The only reason for marking down to a 3 is that the colour is not as expected and so it doesn't entirely go with our colour scheme in the room where it is. I would suggest a closer look at the colour descriptions and photographs on the website. Otherwise, very well pleased with the service and quality.”

“Ordered two chairs that did not arrive as promised. Queried this and Martin cheerfully refunded. Would have preferred to know the wait in the first place but now bought elsewhere and at least he was cheerful!”

“Quality material, and very stylish. Ridiculously quick delivery which is amazing. Though I'm a little disappointed at the quality of the item itself. After an initial check thinking they seemed fine, but it wasn't until we put the side tables in place we saw the damages. Some of the panels have scratches on the outside and some slight tears on the mdf/coated interior and bowed corners. Now they're up we feel we can't return them. It's disappointing for the price we paid - I would expect no damages for the cost, and not quite happy with paying full price.”
