“Pretty reasonable wardrobe for the price paid and delivered quickly. A few screws short but I had spares. Only strange thing that may worry somebody is on initially hanging doors the gap was about 35mm. I thought I had been sent the wrong doors as not normal practice Anyway screwed adjusters out to their max and closed centre gap to an acceptable 8mm. For my 92 year old mums dresses she’s happy :)”

“Bought a bed from 123, overall is except the slat caps got some broken. The company was fulfilling its warranty promise sending me the spare caps for replacement. One star reduced as the quality control of the cap is not good, probably 1 out of 10 is broken once received.”

“Hi received my order of a bedside cabinet and was pleased the way it was packed. It would have nice to know what tools were required though ,but luckily I had my ones available. All the items of screw components were packed well Unfortunately during the final assembly there was 5 screws missing ,which I had to source from my own supplies ,other then that all was well”

“Gorgeous sofa, slightly hampered by some confusion over next-day delivery which turned out to be day-after-next-day delivery but you only ever find the true worth of a company when something goes slightly wrong and they pull out all the whistles and stops to sort it for you. Which they did!jul”

“Unfortunately our outdoor dining set table was faulty and it took several phone calls to have a new one delivered. We were promised a full refund of the delivery fee but have not received anything ( yet). The furniture are very nice and comfortable and easy to install.”

“We like the bed with the trundle underneath, that's why we ordered it. When we assembled it, where the the screws were there wasn't any white plastic covers which were needed to cover the visibility of the screw heads, this going forward you need to supply so the furniture looks complete, and a good finish.”

“I have asked for some money that i paid to be refunded due to the product and first I was refused. As I paid via paypall and with their interference I got what I asked for.I wish my request was accepted at the first place without paypall involment but end the end I was very happy. Thank you”

“I am happily the product but I am not happy with DPF it took them to deliver 4 days, they did not deliver first or second day as they promised, I was lucky 3rd time. I should get my delivery money back.”

“Bought white bedside cabinet . Grade A1 which was absolutely fine. Delivered on requested day by friendly staff. Self assembly was only ok. Disappointed had to pay delivery charge as returning customer. Website easy to use.”
