“I live in Switzerland and find it very hard to find online shopping sites that ship here. This was super easy and not an expensive shipping cost. Also your products are AMAZING. We recently purchased a beautiful light-colored aniline sofa and did not realize just how easy it is to get stained - We were really regretting our decision until we discovered your degreaser and the cleaning foam. “Bought leather cleaner previously to clean ingrained dirt from leather suite with no success. Bought from furniture clinic, thought was quite expensive but I worked really well so well worth the money. Would definitely buy again from this company.”

Hello Ms. Stein, We are truely sorry to hear that you did not achieve the result expected with your products. On the rare occasion that customers inform us that the Leather Re-Colouring Balm has not worked as expected it is often down to the type of leather it is being used on. The balm is only used to restore the colour to absorbent leathers (see our website or instructions on the pot to test this), if your leather is not absorbent then the balm can not sink into the leather and the colour will not hold. As your order also included a leather repair kit, we assume that you must have been trying to repair damage as well as restore colour. The Balm is also not designed to colour over the fillers used in the Leather Repair Kit. In order to restore colour to a non-absorbent leather, or to apply colour to a repair, you require a Leather Repair Touch Up Kit (For areas smaller than a tennis ball in size) or a Leather Colourant Kit (For areas larger than a tennis ball). The guide pages on our website or video guides on youtube may be of use here, as we have multiple guides showing how to repair and restore leather items using these kits. In all instances where customers have mistakenly purchased the Leather Recolouring Balm to restore non-absorbent leathers or to carry out repairs, we operate a return and refund policy, where we will accept the Balm back and provide a refund or the value of the Balm off the correct product for the job. “I think the products and instructions are good. My big problem was using the spray gun and air canister to apply the leather colour and lacquer. It just kept blocking and spluttering. Impossible in my opinion and in the end I resorted to using a paint brush which has not given a perfect result but it is the best I could achieve. Next time I would pay to have my leather repaired by a professional.”

“Firstly the advice I received from Steve was extremely helpful. Secondly I found myself having to tepsint by NAPPA leather rear seat which concerned me greatly as I am not particularly good at DIY. I needn't had worried as the kit I was sent and the instructions for it's yes were brilliant and the seat literally looks like new!! Finally I would just like to add how much better the cleaning and conditioning products are of Furniture Clinic compared to others I have used. In particular I was enticed by the PR of LTT and my personal experience is that Furniture Clinics are far superior in every way. Keith Forster”

“Does what it promises to do. The leather cleaner is very effective and lasts a long time. The leather polish really works and brings the leather up a treat. My wife and I are very happy that we found these products.”

“I have been using your leather cleaner for years and haven't found a better one! Even after I moved from the UK, I have made at least 2 purchases and had the orders delivered to friends and family's addresses so I can collect when I visit or when they visit me. It would be nice if you delivered to Switzerland but I know that is not possible, or at least not without great cost. So thank you and I will continue to use your product :)”

“I was so pleased with the cleaner and condition I received. My cream suite had become grubby over the past few years despite using leather cleaning cloths on a weekly basis. However after using your products I was amazed at the difference they made. My cream suite now looks as good as new and I would reckoned the products highly. In future I will be using them on a regular basis. I also found the video very helpful with the demonstration in their use. Your prompt delivery of the products was excellent as I received them within two days of ordering. A definite five stars for your amazing products which does exactly as it said it would. I am an extremely satisfied customer.”
