“Kit arrived on time,contents as described in literature. Quality certainly good,and instructions provided are clear and easy to follow. I would say that airbrush propellant cans are only just up to the job,and with hindsight would hire a compressor next time. Refinishing that i did to the seats on my Jaguar XK8 left them looking vitually as good as when they left the factory,and so far the repairs are proving durable in use. Really chuffed with the results.”

“The leather colourant stays tacky until the clear coat is applied so it's nearly impossible to stop debris settling on the leather between coats. Also I was promised a refund for the leather cleaner I purchased as I went on to purchase the leather colour kit however the refund never materialised!!”

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. It is true and perfectly normal, that the colour is tacky until the finish is applied. However, applying the finish only takes five minutes (with a hairdryer) to dry each coat. This limited exposure is normally adequate to remove any danger of contamination. We would however advise, that you carry out the work in as clean an environment as possible, to avoid this problem. If there is a lot of dust and contaminants in the air when you are carrying out the work then this may result in some problems. Concerning the refund, one of our advisors has checked your order details. We have no record of your contact with the office for this refund, but did find that you left a note in the 'delivery notes' section of a more recent order requesting a refund. This section is for delivery notes and unless specifically checked (as in this instance) by one of our advisors, is only seen by the courier. This is the reason for the delay to your refund, we normally process such requests very quickly. Your refund has now been issued by PayPal. We hope this is a satisfactory solution for you.

“I received my leather cleaner and cream nourishing cream and both work perfectly well , however when they arrived the top of the leather cleaner had not been secured tight enough so consequently the bottle had leaked destroying the packaging . I had approx. 1 inch of cleaner left to use . Despite repeated emails to company I received no response, replacement or refund , very unhappy with after sales service will not use again.”

“I have cream leather furniture and have tried a variety of products in the past to clean it,but have never been totally satisfied with the result.I can honestly say that at last I have found something that I am 100 per cent happy with and would definitely recommend it to anyone. Pam Walker”

“After watching the video cleaning the leather sofa and the difference the furniture clinic products made I was impressed. However when I purchased the product and tried the test on my own sofa I was amazed. I have already told so many about the excellent results. I do highly recommend, I only wish I found it years ago.”

Hi, Sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the Leather Care Kit you purchased. In your review you state that you were using the kit to try and remove a stain from the leather, is this correct? The Leather Ultra Clean used in the kit is formulated as a cleaner used to remove the build up of dirt and grime leather inevitably gets with day to day use. It is not designed for use as a powerful stain remover, to remove stubborn stains you would require a specialist product like our Leather Stain Remover, or one of the other products from the 'Ink and Stain Removers' section of our website. “Received ordered items very quickly . I was going to buy new furniture because the colour had washed off the seats and arms of my two and three seater sofas. Searched online to see why this had happened and came across your online help videos which were excellent, these were viewed before purchase so knew it was quite a long process due to drying times. Product worked brilliantly sofas look like new. I do have my own compressor which was easier to use than the tins provided so if doing a big job would recommend hire of compressor.”
