“Very helpful company, purchased balm, which was wrong; returned, got refund and then got corect repit kit necessary and did the correct repair with colour/spray kit. Wife very pleased with results.”

“I don't know where to start really,i had bought an expensive leather bag and wasn't much for the colour,so I was browsing different sights on how to change the colour of leather,but it had to be really good,i came across furniture clinic looked at some of their videos and thought shall I do it or not,anyway I had an online chat with one of their people to see if I would be able to change the colour of my MULBERRY bag myself and he said I don't see why not,so I sent him some pictures of the bag and he said what package I would need and that was it.I ordered the paint package and did it all by the book and I couldn't believe that I had done it,the bag looks great,i just could not believe I was capable to do it myself,furniture clinic were brilliant,thankyou for all your advice I am really pleased and would do it all again.THANKYOU,THANKYOU,THANKYOU. :O) Susan.”

“I had a serverly stained leather door panel on my x type jag, I tried the stain remover but it did not do anything, I was advised to try the leather restoration pack, and the cost of the stain removal would be refunded, which it was. The results were amazing , the door panel looks like New, I have now ordered the leather protection, and was told that it would provide the leather upholstery with the new leather smell. If it is as good as the restoration pack I will be well pleased.”

“I've tried several different makes of leather cleaners & protection creams & having tried the ones from the Furniture Clinic would now not use anything else. They are far superior to any others I've tried and are well worth the extra cost over the cheaper brands.”

“I was able to buy everything to keep my leather sofa's looking good and sort a mark on a leather chair from suntan lotion and get it shipped to Spain. Excellent service and great products they do exactly what the description says. Could not have found these products elsewhere.”

“General leather cleaner worked as well as other cleaners I had had, but the cleaner to remove the dye transfer from cushions onto the furniture did not even fade the dye let alone remove it.”

“Don't reckon much to the cleaning product as didn't work on stubborn stains like hot chocolate splashes, protector really good only need a small amount for a reasonable size portion of my sofa. Nice finish.”

Hello Ms. Goodwin, We are really pleased you liked our Leather Protection Cream, but sorry to hear our Leather Ultra Clean did not work as you expected. The Leather Ultra Clean is a powerful and effective general cleaner for leather, but is designed for use on general dirt, grime and light staining. For more stubborn stains such as oil, chocolate, dye etc, Leather Stain Remover may be required. This is a powerful stain remover and should do the trick. Often with food and oil based stains you can get a build up of dirt and grease in the leather, this will cause it to feel slightly tacky to the touch and often shows up as dark patches around the affected area. In these cases, you will need to draw the grease out using our Leather Degreaser to solve the problem but this is a more time consuming process and is only required if grease has penetrated the surface. “I recently bought the leather repair kit and filler to suit to suit. the patch to be repaired was some 8 to 10 inches long and 2 inches wide. before commencing to try and repair the settee. I inserted some very soft leather underneath the leather of the settee and glued it to the underside of the settee leather, so it totally cover the repair area. I then proceeded to carry out the instructions as supplied. Although it took quite awhile to complete the repair and apply all the finishing process the result was absolutely brilliant. The repair can still be seen on close inspection ,but when you consider the cost of the repair kit against having the settee recovered it was a no contest. I would have no hesitation in recommending anyone to buy the repair kit. It certainly did an excellent job for me. Mr H D Joynes South Wales”
