“Very good service, I was told the correct way to use the product and was given all the information I needed. Apart from that the gentleman re stuffed another settee at my request and I was very pleased with the outcome. I would certainly recommend the company to others.”

“I was very impressed with the products and the end result. My three piece suite had patches that were worn. I did skip the step that said sand down the leather so the end result is a bit rough but only myself to blame! Overall I'm very pleased with the result. The instructions are clear and the customer service was great when I phoned up with a few queries. Would definitely recommend.”

“Renovated two leather settees. Speedy delivery, helpful staff - not quite enough solvent - or perhaps it was me being over zealous :-). I'd recommend using a better quality air brush - mine died half way through doing the second settee. Sofas came up like new. Overall would highly recommend. It's labour intensive - but I expected that. 4 out of 5 (because of the air brush). Excellent product.”

“Sent a sample of leather from my sofa you matched it exactly. Repaired the sofa over a couple of evenings. The sofa that cost £2000 was spoilt by the dog getting gloss paint on his coat while I was painting and he jumped on the sofa before I could stop him. It now looks brand new and you would not be able to tell it had been repaired. The products that you recommended and sold me did the perfect job. Thank you so much. “Brilliant leather cleaner and protection cream. They completely restored my two precious original Danish design chairs from the 1960ies. The leather is now back to the original cognac colour and has a beautiful feel to it.”

Hi, Thanks for getting in touch. Looking at the notes for your order, it seems the initial issue was that, when the order was placed online, the wrong delivery address was entered. By the time we had been informed, your order had already been dispatched. In rare cases such as this, where the fault lies with customer provided information and the request comes in after the order is dispatched, it is our policy to wait for it to be returned before issuing a refund. “Very pleased with the Leather repair kit, our damaged leather now looks like new again. At first we had the wrong kit ( our fault) we made contact with Furniture Clinic who were very helpful explaining what we did need, the company refunded the money for the leather balm and on its return and sent us the correct kit .The directions for use of the products are very clear and include a video on line. We now have chairs that should last for another seven years doubling their life span.”
